All messages to register and subscribe to this service are charged at your usual contract rate. All service messages are sent from us to you free of charge. Once you are subscribed on the service you will be able to send messages to other fans we have matched you with before each game. These messages will be charged at the usual rate charged by your network operator. When other players send and reply to you the messages you receive are charged at 25p to your mobile. Whilst you are subscribed in the service you will receive 3 to 5 new matches to have TextBanter with every week before each game, all weekly matches you receive are charged at 25p per match to your mobile. To help you control your mobile costs when you have reached a £10 spend limit we will send you a message to inform you and to remind you how much messages on the service cost. This type of message is classed as a service message. Service messages are sent to you free of charge. To allow you to continue using the service, we need a positive response back from your mobile. You can do this by sending YES back to 84085 If other users have tried to have TextBanter with you whilst we were waiting for your positive response, then all queued messages will then be forwarded onto you. These messages will be charged at 25p on your mobile phone bill. If you are a pre-pay user and you do not have enough credit available on your mobile service then you may not be able to respond to other users on the service who want to have Text Banter with you. Once registered with the service you must send text messages in a responsible manner and in accordance with our accepted use policy. If we detect any abusive, illegal or other words likely to offend the person you are having TextBanter with, we will block the message and send you a warning message that will be charged to your mobile at a cost of 25p. We reserve the right to assist the police or other official body by passing over any electronic files of TextBanter conversations to aid any investigation into football violence or any other criminal activity.
