This Service may be used by any registered person for the sending of SMS messages
to a recipient with a compatible device.
The Service is designed to enable you to send to UK mobile networks only.
However, the Service will process messages to some mobile networks around the world.
Due to the nature of the disparate nature of the worldwide mobile networks delivery
outside of the UK can be hit and miss and we recommend that you send a test message
to your intended recipient if you want to communicate regularly with them when they
are abroad.
This site may only be used by genuine personal internet users.
No automated process may be employed to send messages through "textbanter.com".
Records are stored of every message and its origination, and if automated sending is
discovered, the responsible parties will be invoiced for the sending of every single
message at a price of £0.075 GBP per message with additional administration costs.
Failure to pay these charges will result in legal action.
By using this Service you agree to abide by this term and the spirit of the Service,
as reasonably and practically interpreted.
"textbanter.com" will send each SMS message to an SMS gateway for delivery to the
relevant network, providing no error is displayed to suggest that this will not be done.
"textbanter.com" guarantees that under these circumstances all messages are SENT.
However, delivery to the handset is the responsibility of third party networks and services,
including the receiving device itself, and cannot be guaranteed.
Due to the nature of the Service "textbanter.com" cannot investigate any
individual message that fails to reach its intended destination to individual networks.
Use of this Service to send abusive messages can be traced to the originator upon
request from the Police and they will be liable for prosecution under the 1988
Malicious Communications Act. "textbanter.com" and the text messaging networks are
not responsible for content of messages sent by users of the Service.
"textbanter.com" will co-operate with official inquiries into misuse of
the Service. You agree not to send abusive or defamatory messages through this Service.
Spam/unsolicited messages and bulk advertising through this Service are not permitted.
Each message must be unique in content and purposeful, and may contain up to
the permitted amount of characters.
"textbanter.com" may change its terms and conditions and policies at any time,
and shall become effective immediately upon posting to these pages.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights as a Consumer.
